This listing is for a gorgeous Towle Sterling Silver platter or tray with elaborately embossed and engraved designs around the outer border. There is a fancy unidentified single initial monogram on center front. Marked "By Towle, Sterling, 54201". The Towle Silversmiths of Newburyport MA were established in 1882 and continue to be a major high quality silver producer today.
Measures 3/4" high and 10 1/2" in diameter.  Weighs 375 grams.
This nice platter/tray is in very good Estate condition with the only noted flaw being a scratch in the center and a few tiny dark specks on the front otherwise there are minimal signs of normal wear.
