    Description

    Amazingly rare hand hammered tray by Towle.  Sterling silver with Locomotive with scalloped edges.   Approximately 9.75 inches long and 4.75 inches tall with it being 1/2 inch deep.  I think it was a coin dresser tray.  There is some scratching on the surface and needs cleaning.  I cleaned it some, and I have left fingerprints everywhere etc.  Please look at all pictures, and ask questions before bidding.  Tray weighs approximately 420.4 grams. (13.51 troy ounces, and 14.83 regular ounces) This piece is an oddity.  You will never see one like this again.  This item has been tested.  Just like anything old, and used it does have scratches and may have dings, (even though I didn't see any. I am human and I do make mistakes.  This item will be shipped FEDEX.  So I can not ship this to a PO BOX.  Thank you
