Sterling Silver 13" round tray, featuring a beautiful floral border.
Hand designed by Alphonse LaPaglia, during his time working for the International Silver Company in Meriden, Connecticut. Circa 1952.
Floral design is encased within a sterling rim.
Three sets of graduated balls separates the border design. There is one small manufacturer separation defect on the outer rim, see pic.  Hard to find.
